Overview

Developed a strategic conversion and growth audit for a digital health platform to improve member enrollment, strengthen enterprise pipeline, and scale category authority.

This work focused on identifying friction points across the user journey and designing a unified system to increase trust, accelerate decision-making, and drive measurable business impact—without adding operational complexity.

My Role

I was brought in to lead a strategic audit and define a scalable growth framework—spanning insight development, experience design, and system architecture.

I partnered closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate user behavior, business goals, and market dynamics into clear, actionable systems that could be implemented across marketing, product, and content teams.

Challenge & Opportunity

The platform was already generating high-intent traffic, but conversion plateaued due to friction in decision-making, lack of immediate clarity, and insufficient trust signals at key moments.

At the same time, enterprise buyers faced a different challenge—evaluating a complex, high-stakes solution without clear, business-oriented framing.

The opportunity was not just to optimize individual touchpoints, but to build a connected system that:

  • Converts existing demand more effectively

  • Enables enterprise decision-making

  • Transforms outcomes into scalable category authority

Strategic Approach

I approached this as a systems problem—focusing on how to reduce friction, build trust, and scale impact across the full journey.

The solution was structured across three interconnected layers:

  1. Member Conversion Optimization
    Improving clarity, reducing cognitive load, and strengthening trust at the moment of decision to increase registration rates.

  2. Enterprise Demand Acceleration
    Reframing messaging from product explanation to business impact—aligning with CFO, HR, and clinical stakeholders to drive qualified pipeline.

  3. Authority & Content System
    Transforming clinical outcomes and customer results into a repeatable content engine that builds visibility, credibility, and long-term demand.

Creative Highlights

  • Conversion Optimization Framework: Redefined the landing page experience to prioritize immediate clarity, simplified decision pathways, and stronger trust signals—reducing friction at the highest-intent moment.

  • CTA & Messaging Strategy: Reframed calls-to-action to emphasize low-risk, benefit-driven language (e.g., “Check eligibility”)—aligning with user psychology to increase action.

  • Trust & Proof System: Introduced structured proof blocks highlighting clinical outcomes, member success, and risk-reduction messaging at key decision points.

  • Enterprise Experience Redesign: Shifted enterprise pages from product-focused storytelling to decision enablement—leading with measurable outcomes, cost savings, and ROI-driven messaging.

  • ROI Calculator Concept: Developed an interactive model to translate platform value into tangible business impact—reducing time to qualification and increasing demo intent.

  • Scalable Content Engine: Designed a modular system to transform a single insight (e.g., clinical study) into multi-channel outputs—supporting social, web, and sales enablement.

  • AI-Assisted Workflow Integration: Leveraged AI to accelerate content production and iteration while maintaining brand governance and clinical accuracy.

  • Modular Brand & Experience System: Established standardized structures and templates to ensure consistency across all touchpoints while enabling rapid testing and optimization.

Results & Impact

This work established a clear path to:
