Meet Amanda

Hands-On Creative .
System Builder.

Focused on Clarity, Trust, and Conversion.

Smiling woman with curly hair and glasses, wearing an orange long-sleeve top and a floral maxi skirt, standing outdoors in a fall landscape with yellow and green trees and fallen leaves on the ground.

I build brands that drive decisions.

For the past 18+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of brand, campaign, and customer behavior—designing experiences that help people make decisions with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s a cybersecurity platform, a financial product, or a consumer brand, my focus is the same: reduce friction, build trust, and drive action.

I’m a hands-on creative leader who moves between strategy and execution—leading when needed, but just as comfortable deep in the work. Concepting, designing, building systems, and shipping at speed.

What I Bring to the Table

Design for the Moment of Decision

I apply consumer decision principles across B2B, DTC, and B2C—creating work that doesn’t just communicate, but converts.

Build Systems That Scale Creative

From design systems to campaign infrastructure, I create the frameworks that allow teams to move faster, stay consistent, and continuously improve.

Operate as a Hands-On Player-Coach

I lead teams, but I also execute. The best work happens when leadership stays close to the craft.

Selected Impact

  • Repositioned NetSPI from reactive security to proactive risk reduction, influencing $15M+ in pipeline

  • Drove ~30% conversion lift through UX, messaging, and proof structure optimization

  • Increased engagement 25–35% through structured testing and creative iteration

  • Built and scaled a 200+ component design system used across 600+ stakeholders

  • I don’t think of creative as a series of deliverables. I think of it as a system.

The goal isn’t just to launch something great once. It’s to build the machine behind it—so great work becomes repeatable, measurable, and scalable.

That’s how brand becomes a growth lever, not just a layer on top.

  • I’ve worked across B2B, DTC, and B2C, including:

    • Cybersecurity and SaaS

    • Financial services and fintech

    • Healthcare and wellness

    • Retail, CPG, and consumer brands

Different categories. Same principle: design for how people actually decide.

  • I’m interested in building brands that matter—where creative is expected to drive clarity, trust, and real business impact.

If that’s what you’re building, we should talk.
