Wells Fargo Custom Presentation Design

Client: Wells Fargo

Role: Presentation Designer / Visual Storyteller / Animator

Overview

Developed two custom PowerPoint presentations for distinct Wells Fargo business units, each tailored to specific audiences with strategic design, brand alignment, and compelling storytelling. These decks were built to educate, persuade, and resonate—leveraging branded visuals, data visualization, and subtle animation to elevate the content and drive results.

My Role

I led the visual design, animation, and audience-first storytelling strategy for both decks. From layout and iconography to motion-enhanced slides, I translated complex business objectives into clear, engaging presentations that extended Wells Fargo’s brand presence across internal and external touchpoints.

Creative Highlights

  • Wells Fargo Insurance Cross-Sell Presentation
Designed to support the Wells Fargo Insurance team in pitching to independent agents, this deck focused on demystifying the insurance business while showcasing cross-selling opportunities.

    • Used bold brand colors, photography, and typography for immediate recognition

    • Developed engaging, animated slide transitions to maintain attention across longer sessions

    • Contributed to the success and longevity of the deck, which was used in multiple presentations over time and received strong internal feedback

  • Millennials + Retirement Presentation
Created for a Wells Fargo event focused on Millennial banking behaviors and long-term financial planning.

    • Designed with a vibrant, infographic-inspired layout that distilled research into eye-catching visuals

    • Paired statistical data with motion-enhanced graphics to clearly illustrate savings trends

    • Resonated strongly with the audience and was credited with helping improve savings goal alignment for the year

Results & Impact

Both presentations were praised for their clarity, energy, and strategic relevance. The insurance deck supported long-term client engagement, while the Millennial-focused presentation elevated financial education and helped drive meaningful behavioral change. Together, they demonstrate the power of thoughtful presentation design in high-stakes business conversations.

The approach behind this project has since been applied to brands across multiple industries.
