Overview

To launch the new fiscal year with energy and alignment, I led the creative direction for NetSPI’s global employee kick-off event themed “A World of Opportunities.” This fully branded internal experience spanned multiple international offices—USA, UK, and India—and unified employees across continents through dynamic visuals, high-impact video, and interactive elements that brought the theme to life.

My Role

I owned the end-to-end creative experience, from initial theme interpretation and logo development to pre-event communications, environmental design, branded swag, video production, and on-site materials. I also developed a series of videos—including a high-energy opening video and a post-event recap reel—to anchor and elevate the overall experience.

Challenge & Opportunity

The challenge was to create an inclusive, exciting, and cohesive experience across three culturally distinct office locations. The opportunity was to spark employee pride, reinforce company vision, and set a celebratory tone for the year ahead—all through intentional, immersive branding.

Creative Approach

  • Developed a full event identity system, including logo, typography, and color palette tailored to the global theme while still fitting within the overarching NetSPI visual brand

  • Designed custom collateral: name badges, t-shirts, signage, bingo cards, agendas, presentation templates, custom branded Visa gift card, and other giveaways

  • Created a branded Eventbrite registration page and designed pre-event email campaigns to build anticipation

  • Created a hype video to open the event, recap the exciting year before, and energize the room before introducing the MCs

  • Produced a recap video capturing the spirit and highlights of the U.S. event to boost post-event morale and internal visibility

  • Ensured consistency across all global locations while adapting materials for cultural and logistical nuances

Results & Impact

The event was a major internal success—praised for its energy, polish, and global cohesion. Employees across all locations felt celebrated and aligned, and the creative assets became a benchmark for future internal events. The campaign brought the theme to life in a way that was tangible, unifying, and unforgettable.

The approach behind this project has since been applied to brands across multiple industries.
